GENERAL TERMS
RESERVATIONS
Establishing of the receipt of application form, duly completed, via fax or email, which will accompany the receipt of income from fee and where appropriate, that apply to housing. It sends an acknowledgment of receipt, which serves as confirmation of the commitment of participation
The registration fee is in turn deposit the club in the tournament and can not be returned if the team did not come to the tournament.

SPORTS PROGRAM. |

The organizers reserve the right to change the game plan, that will be provided to participants, either for better or for reasons of force majeure. |

EXCLUSIONS FOR THE TOURNAMENT |
 |
In the event that a participant would cause incidents or serious problems with staff of the Organization (hoteliers, transporters, etc ...), that person or persons may be excluded from the tournament. |
Address groups. |

Each group or team should be accompanied by an adult, at least. This Officer will be responsible for good behavior and compliance with established standards regarding housing, transportation and sports. |
RESPONSIBILITY |
 |
The tournament's organization is not responsible for damages of any nature, which may have been caused during or in connection with the Tournament and travel, unless they have been caused by gross negligence of the Organization. |
